What I don’t want for Christmas
It’s coming up to Christmas. Christmas takes a back seat to New Year’s in Japan, I remember watching in shock when Christmas decorations were being pulled down before midnight on Christmas Day!
Anyway, as some friends have said I am a hard person to buy a present for, I thought I’d make it harder for them this year by stating what I don’t want for Christmas ;P I’m a tech/gadget freak but this year I really don’t want anything electronic. There are two reasons, one is that they are expensive and two is that I want to simplify my life, so no more electronics or gadgets unless I really need something. And “need” is the keyword, I don’t feel I need anything electronic, want maybe but need no.
Anything else is fine, books especially so, here’s my Amazon Wish List or equally great would be if you donated a book to your local library.
Hmmm .. . what you don’t want for christmas.. LOL .. i never actually thought you can say what you don’t want for christmas.. haha.. BUT one thing i need to say ..
In the two reasons why you don’t want electronics for christmas. you say you want to simplify your life, is that not what electronics do? simplify your life? hahah ..
Anyways i’m going to go and sit and think about “What” present..
btw.. it probably will turn into a late christmas present.
