Planning a new Kanji learning section

For the New Year, I’m planning a new kanji learning section for this site. When completed it should help me and other fellow students of the Japanese language learn real-life kanji. I think the simplest way to start of will be via my flickr account. I will post photos of kanji that I see in everyday life and using the notes feature in flickr, kind Japanese literate visitors will add the readings and meanings.

If you are willing to help, please leave a comment here, thanks!

I think that’s a great idea! I’d love to help but I don’t live in Japan (yet) and such. But I will definetly be a student if you start this section. I’m always trying to learn new kanji. :)

Thanks Shay! Love the new look, very swish.
I’ll gambatte with the Kanji section so that it will be of use to as many people as possible.

By the way, is it ok if I add a link to your site to my sidebar?

And of course you can add my site. Your site is already in my blogroll but I’ll add you to my special sidebar section for sure. Thanks!

    Hi Elva,
Thanks for the nice compliments. You’re welcome to join in with the project, I think it will be good for learners of all levels. I will post a bit more about the first few trial runs soon.
