While planning schedules it is handy to have your calendar or diary at hand. But when you are in a meeting and you need to schedule for more than one person it is helpful that everyone has their own calendar to jot down agreed milestones or deadlines. I used to create monthly calendars using a Word wizard and print them out but now I just use this pdf calendar generator. They’re quick and easily customisable (I prefer the start of the week to be Monday and sometimes prefer the layout to be portrait).
