Japanese Driving Licence

I got my Japanese Driving Licence earlier today. Yay! No car to drive though :p

    I got Virginia driver’s licence last month. And no car to drive either :p

    No plan yet. We are okay without a car so far.
    Virginia DMV(Department of Motor Vehicle)’s manual says if the person has licence issued by not US contries must get the licence within 60 days after moving to Virginia. So I had to.

    I have licence and car but I don’t have sense of drive a car..
