Fireworks
It has been a while since I last wrote a blog entry, but I have been busy. I managed to go and watch two more firework displays, in Kobe and Osaka. I didn’t get any good photos of the ones in Kobe because I arrived too late to get a good position. But I had a pretty good time as I went with some colleagues from work. For the ones in Osaka (Heisei Yodogawa display) I went there a few hours early just so that I could get a good spot. I took some photos that were quite nice but not excellent. I suppose I just need more practice. Roll on next year!
Tai Chi (Tai Kyoku Ken)
Link of the blog is an article about Tai Chi written by Randall van der Woning. Randall is a Canadian who is lives in Hong Kong. His site is one that I frequently visit. It helps me keep up to date with some aspects of Hong Kong life. I have wanted to learn Tai Chi for many years as it seems to be the most interesting martial art. Many Japanese have misconceptions about the art of Tai Chi and I think the article deserves a read.
I’m off to work now!
